Support

Billing, refunds, and license support.

API access, campaign licensing, and custom sound work are separate paths. Use the right contact and include the useful details first.

02Policy

Cancellation and
refund notes.

These are the public default notes. A written campaign or custom agreement can override them.

API subscriptionCancel future renewalsEmail api@wouldliker.com before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals and can leave access active through the paid period if requested.
API refund reviewDuplicate, billing error, accidental checkoutRefunds are reviewed for duplicate charges, billing errors, or accidental checkout issues. Used API access periods are generally not refundable.
Campaign licenseWritten scope controlsOnce a campaign license is issued, or files/scope are delivered, refunds depend on the written agreement for that license.
Custom soundScoped separatelyCustom sound systems, edits, stems, and brand-owned requests depend on the written scope agreed before work starts.
03Boundary

API access
is not music rights.

The API can recommend and document a route. Paid use still needs the right platform or written license scope.

What the API gives you.

Recommended route, metadata, prompts, platform action, proof context, and license boundary.
